I Know Me Better Now
Hello and welcome to 2023 !! January is going by so fast, right!? Well, to me these few first days of 2023 brought strong doubts that shook my soul to its core. 2022 was all about acceptance, being grounded, and growth. I thought that I made it but learning is a never ending process. I am being constantly judged, ridiculed, belittled and some negativity is creeping back into my life. NOT GOOD. However, and to my surprise, I am not knocked over!! This experience is an eye opener, whatever is happening is triggered by elements that are embedded deep into your mind and soul; they actually made the struggles alive and welcomed. They could be your beliefs, traditions, toxic childhood friends or family members. I reached deep down and found the restrains that accompanied my life journey thus far!
